We also have support from the Tom Ferry organization, and 1st Class University, a real estate coaching program proven to help new agents kick their business into gear quickly and efficiently.

How To Get Licensed

Step 1: Signup for the online course(s) for Missouri, Kansas or both. Please note, you must first apply for licensure in the state you live in before applying for any other states. First, successfully complete the Kansas 30-hour course or Missouri 48-hour course in the Principles of Real Estate.

Step 2: After you have completed your online courses and submitted for the state exam you will receive a date from the state. After you receive the date, you will want to schedule a exam prep crash course here:

The Last step is to pass both the state and national sections of the State Real Estate Exam, ONCE you’ve  passed the in person exam next is to successfully complete the 30-hour Practice Course (for Kansas) or 24-hour Practice Course (for Missouri). Each of these course can be found in the link above. Once you pass, bring us your printed off applications and we'll handle the rest!
