Step 1: Signup for the online course(s) for Missouri, Kansas, or both. Please note, you must first apply for licensure in the state you live in before applying for any other states.
First, successfully complete the Kansas course or Missouri course in the Principles of Real Estate.
Step 2:After you have completed your online courses for the state you are getting licenses in and submitted a test date for the state exam you will want to schedule an exam prep crash course here:
Step 3: Take the State Exam. The Last step is to pass both the state and national sections of the State Real Estate Exam.
Once you’ve passed the in-person exam next is to successfully complete the 30-hour Practice Course (for Kansas) or 24-hour Practice Course (for Missouri). Each of these courses can be found in the link above. When all requirements have been met, bring us your printed off applications and we'll handle the rest!
